Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable 
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number*. Exchange cannot be processed without one. 
An RMA must be requested within 3 days of the Received Date (RD). Thereafter, all sales are final. 
When exchanging products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You must assume responsibility for using insuring the returned item. 
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories. 
Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return. 
If the item has a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we must be notified within 3 working days from the Received Date (RD) 
In the case of shipping damage, customers must be willing to aid us in filling a damage report to UPS or whatever shipping company was used. 
We will not be responsible for damage incurred due to mishandling of goods, and in shipping company will be responsible for any damage incurred. 
Exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer's defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee, however if the shipper caused the damage it would have to be the shippers responsibility to reimburse the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
