How do I return an item?

Arts Kingdom Return and Exchange Policy
  • Shipping and Handling are Non-Refundable
  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) number*. Exchange cannot be processed without one.
  • An RMA must be requested within 3 days of the Received Date (RD). Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • When exchanging products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You must assume responsibility for using insuring the returned item.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories.
  • Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
  • If the item has a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we must be notified within 3 working days from the Received Date (RD)
  • In the case of shipping damage, customers must be willing to aid us in filling a damage report to UPS or whatever shipping company was used.
  • We will not be responsible for damage incurred due to mishandling of goods, and in shipping company will be responsible for any damage incurred.
  • Exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer's defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee, however if the shipper caused the damage it would have to be the shippers responsibility to reimburse the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
